Documenting Policy and Procedures
In the age of business effectiveness and accountability, the writing of policy documents is a foundation stone of any organization’s process control, change management, and technical or administrative infrastructure.
This two-day course enables participants to apply a standard documentation process to their own policy and procedures documents. It provides guidelines for assessing audience needs and expectations, for designing documents to “layer” detail effectively, and for revising according to sound editorial standards.
We frequently run this course as a public session. Check the current public schedules in Ottawa and Toronto.
