Managing the Writing Process

Of course, we train writers in the creation in the their own documents. But what about managers, supervisors, and document reviewers respoonsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the writing? This course caters to those in your organization with precisely that responsbility.

Participants learn how to assess not only the finished product but also the effectiveness of te writing process–from planning to revision, ensuring shared expectations and practices between writers and those who assign or approve the documents. We can provide this half-day course in a group format or in one-on-coaching.
