Documenting Policy and Procedures
Policy documents are the foundation stone of any organization’s process control, change management, and technical or administrative infrastructure.
This 12-hour course enables participants to apply a standard documentation process to their own policy and procedures documents. It provides guidelines for assessing audience needs and expectations, for designing documents to “layer” detail effectively, and for revising according to sound editorial standards.
